As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of customer affairs and supporting the sales team.
Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer needs with tailored offers and proposals
  • Processing orders, including handling and follow-up
  • Efficiently responding to customer requests by phone and email
  • Assisting the Account Managers and Sales Director for France
  • Handling and updating the customer and prospect database

You will also play a key role in convincing customers to buy your products and actively participate in sales achievements and the development of the business unit by:

  • Managing your customer portfolio according to established goals
  • Prospecting (phoning/mailing) in French-speaking markets
  • Following up on customers and prospects
  • Advising and supporting customer accounts and prospects
  • Ensuring a quality job and transforming prospects into loyal customers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations
  • Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
  • MBO+ level education or equivalent
  • Team player
  • Autonomous and self-starter
  • Determined and ambitious
