Technical QA Lead (Temporary)

Are you a quality expert with a background in quality management and knowledge of technical hardware within the food industry? In this temporary position, you will guide your team and work together to ensure quality across various product portfolios, from recipes to packaging and devices such as coffee machines and vending machines. In this role, you will work closely with the factory, the R&D center, and suppliers to maintain and continuously improve quality standards.As Technical QA Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system that involves all related disciplines, essential suppliers, and aspects of the product portfolios. These include products (such as food recipes), packaging (including plastic injection-molded parts and packaging), and equipment (such as coffee machines, dispensers, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

* Manage the overall Quality of the Systems Business product portfolio which includes Product, Packaging and Appliances;
* Quality engineering for plastic injection molding and mechatronics;
* Provide direction when needed for the Quality Team members in execution of daily activities such as projects related to NPD, LCM, Verification and Validations;
* Create, implement and sustenance of the QMS elements aligned to ISO 9001, IEC electrical Safety Standards & CE regulations;
* Deep Diving when needed to manage customer complaints impacting Quality KPIs.

• This is a temporary role for 6-9 months;




• - Salary for temporary worker via our agency: €8000,- gross per month based on 38 hours;




• - Salary for Freelancer: €95,- all in




• 32-38 hours per week;




• Regular travel to the factory in Nuenen and R&D center in Wageningen

Requirements:

* Experience in managing or/and setting quality in Systems businesses (from recipes to packaging and devices);
* Proven relevant experiences and knowledge in systems quality management and leading teams in the Quality department;
* Proven track record in designing and introducing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001,15288)';
* Proven relevant (5y+) QA experiences in the mechanical, machinery, automotive industry or equivalent;
* In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary Project Management.
