Customer Supply Chain Specialist

  • Coordinate daily execution of shipments.
  • Ensure validity of orders and escalate in the right manner when expectations can not be met.
  • Proactive communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with other supply chain specialists, the distribution team, customer collaboration managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer service levels and predictability.
  • Support and act as back-up for the customer collaboration managers in managing customers performance requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in supply chain
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Proactive, open and collaborate personality.
  • Available for 40 hours a week.
