Intercompany Supply Management Specialist

* Monitoring the automatic conversion of purchase orders to sales orders
* Receive purchase orders and enter sales orders for non-integrated local sales organizations
* Initiate and arrange practical details of order processing with the on-site logistics team
* Check stock availability and align large orders with the on-site planning team
* Check transfer prices with the on-site finance team
* Follow up with local sales organizations on timely delivery of orders
* Instruct local sales organizations to change orders in accordance with agreed lead times
* Ensure timely escalation in case there is a chance that an order will not be shipped on time in full
* Be a care taker for queries of lthe company's local sales organizations
* Manage transactional returns processes and intercompany credits
* Collaborate with supporting departments required to ensure seamless intercompany order flow
* Coordinate fulfillment master data requirements in scope of team
* Maintain structured communication with Supply Centers in order to manage supply deviations
* Develop and report metrics for the department related supply chain related responsibilities
* Support and drive optimization projects to ensure highest process standard

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferrably in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Fluent English in writing and verbal; Italian is a plus.
• Experience with working in a ERP system (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytically inclined. With strong focus on monitoring, improving and sustaining.
• Affinity with planning and having structured working approach.
• Well-developed communicative and collaborative skills.
