HR Business Partner

Technologies in medical devices have been developing rapidly and have been saving millions of lives. Our client is a global leader in the development of diagnostic equipment within the optical field and has a mission to make the world a better place by supplying medical solutions to hospitals, specialists, and optometrists. On behalf of them, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for the UK and Nordics regions to be based in their EU HQ in Rotterdam. Local labor law knowledge is crucial, as well as experience in both strategic and operational aspects of HR.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as key liaison for various departments and teams in the UK and Nordics regions
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Partner with managers and employees on a diversity of HR matters
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within HR processes
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and operate on all HR levels: operationally, tactically, and strategically

Main Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience of which at least 2 are as HRBP
- Great knowledge and experience in the UK labor law and regulations (Nordics is a plus)
- Professional fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master ‘s degree in HR related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic and process improvement mindset
