HR Advisor | English | 16h | Temporary Contract

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make an immediate impact?

We are seeking a HR Advisor immediately available to join a dynamic, international organization that values health, adaptability, and collaboration.

With a focus on supporting employees and managers across multiple countries, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and employee-related matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related inquiries.
• Manage sick leave cases, including guiding managers through advisory elements
• Handle contracts, parental leave, and other transactional HR processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in an advisory HR role.
• Immediately available
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch labor laws; familiarity with regulations in Germany and Belgium is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
