Your RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for partners across the Benelux region. Your mission? To provide excellent service, build strong relationships, and maximize business opportunities. You’ll play a crucial role in connecting customers, account managers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries efficiently, spotting up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with partners to provide tailored solutions using your enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Manage quotes, project orders, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate digital transformation solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives and product promotions.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A Bachelor's (HBO) or equivalent vocational degree (MBO+), or relevant experience.
  • Interest in hardware, software, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for engaging with customers.
  • A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (German or Swedish is a plus).

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary: €2,600–€2,800 gross per month (based on experience) + commission based on performance.
  • 26 vacation days (full-time).
  • Fully employer-paid pension (no deductions from your salary!).
  • Travel allowance: €0.19/km outside Houten.
