Senior Supply Management Specialist

* Develop and implement global supplier and commodity strategies, defining and integrating supply chains, which will
drive sustainable improvements in cost, quality and delivery.
* Measure supplier performance and manage/lead supplier relationships to continuously improve supplier performance.
* Lead cross-functional cost reduction initiatives and Early Supplier Involvement for the assigned commodities, drive
creation and deploy cost models for designated commodities, lead target costing and negotiate supply agreements.
* Engage and support key internal stakeholders to enhance competitive and commercial performance.
* Operate within the supply chain management team across the full product/service life cycle, ensuring suppliers'
commercial issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
* Develops, implements and improves Supply Management processes.
* Coaches other less experienced team members where required.
* Raise and manage all purchase documents and related data within the ERP system and other Purchasing systems.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in Supply Management in a technical product environment. They should have strong communication skills (interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution), negotiation skills, and contract knowledge. A hands-on/flexible attitude and a strong team-player mindset are also required. The candidate should be fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch and German languages will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is also required.
