Retail Planner

• Develop financial strategies and product assortment plans to meet consumer demand, optimise availability and maximise sales.
• Create a clear reporting suite to monitor KPIs and product performance, creating reports for weekly performance reviews.
• Develop trading strategies to optimise sell through and ensure effective trading strategies in place to maximize in seasons trade performance.
• Ensure all category strategies are supported with a coordinated approach in partnership with marketing and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in retail planning, with a solid track record in retail maths and inventory planning.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially when communicating financial strategy.
• Track record of translating visual merchandising principles into financial goals.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills together with strong analytical skills.
