Customer Service Representative (Dutch and English)

- fluent, timely and accurate support to the ordering, credit and debit memo issuing and returns processes.
- Support sample ordering, workshop material orders and customer requests in general due to the direct contact with both our customers and sales organization.
- Regular contact with our third-party logistics partner for the region to continuously enable high delivery performance.
- Management of customer master data.
- Interacting with a rich set of stakeholders, across different departments, to guarantee a satisfactory level of service to AA customers, by maximizing efficiency and predictability of Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes
Requirements:
- Commercial or technical education
- Multiple years of experience in a Customer Service role/environment
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical of Medical Device industries is preferred
- Experience in interacting with shared service centers
- Broad experience with systems and tools (SAP, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Business fluent in Dutch and English
- High customer orientation
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate adequately orally and in writing at different levels of a corporate and commercial organization
- Solution oriented mindset
- Curiosity for operational processes and their continuous improvement
