As a Digital Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our client's mission to empower global brands with seamless digital asset management. You’ll work with top-tier clients, becoming their go-to expert for a dynamic SaaS tool designed to simplify brand management.
"What do you do as a Digital Specialist?" This is how to answer this question:

  • I directly support international clients using the SaaS tool (digital asset management tool) of one of our partners.
  • I support clients with their questions and needs around that SAAS tool.
  • I become a SAAS product expert.
  • Cooperating with project managers in the estimate delivery time of projects
  • Maintaining high-quality service by continuous test and troubleshooting of ongoing projects

A Day in the Life:

  • Morning: Start with client support, prioritizing incoming requests. Dive into addressing technical questions about software functionality, data access, or integrations.
  • Mid-Morning: Participate in a virtual client meeting, offering insights on project specifics or software enhancements tailored to their brand.
  • Afternoon: Lead training sessions, empowering client teams with essential skills to navigate and leverage our software effectively.
  • Late Afternoon: Stay informed on the latest digital trends and connect with your team for continuous learning, followed by wrapping up support requests and updating documentation for seamless future support

  • You need to speak excellent German (C2) and be fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in digital-related field, or equivalent working attitude.
  • You know how to translate "digital language" into "human language" for your clients
  • You have affinity with digital tools, maybe even experience with coding.
  • You are ideally available 40 hours a week. Minimum 32 hours a week

The team is located in Hengelo, the role can be performed mainly remote, but there needs to be openness to travel to Hengelo here and there.
You have to be located in the Netherlands for this role.
