Join our client as an Associate Manager – Reporting & Consolidation. where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making at a global scale.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with IFRS standards.
- Lead the financial closing process, coordinating across finance regions and shared service centers.
- Ensure the integrity of financial statements and management reports, providing clear and actionable insights.
- Act as the primary finance contact for business units, ensuring seamless P&L reporting and segmentation.
- Support strategic projects, including acquisitions, divestments, and mergers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including BU Controllers, Regional Finance Managers, and FP&A, to deliver analytical solutions and reporting enhancements.
Requirements:
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Controlling, or a Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 8+ years of experience in diverse finance roles, with a strong focus on financial reporting and consolidation.
- Expertise in financial systems and automation, preferably SAP CFIN and GR.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- A deep understanding of business performance, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Strong analytical skills, ensuring financial information drives informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
