This company is looking for a sales rep to join their incredible journey that can help them drive to the next level of growth. About the Company Real-Estate is facing its biggest challenge ever! To achieve the Paris-climate goals, more work needs to be done, producing less waste, using less energy, at lower cost and in less time. Sounds like a big challenge, right? That’s because it is! This SaaS scale-up, founded in 2015, provides a tool to inspect buildings automatically with Artificial Intelligence on satellites, airplanes, drones, cars, and humans. Their tool was originally designed for big housing corporations, but as their services grew in scope, so too did their customer base. Their innovative software is now also utilized by huge construction companies, as well as governmental bodies, such as municipalities and provinces! About the Role The sales department is firing up, and they are looking for a sales representative! This company has a team of young people who are connected through a drive to solve modern challenges. Their goal is to have an open and pragmatic approach, with every single building in the world managed by their solution. They believe different perspectives and ideas within the team complement each other when they are embraced! Your work will be used by governments, real-estate owners and banks to see which properties have the biggest potential to renovate and become more sustainable. In general, you are expected to:
- Prioritise and optimise investment and resource allocation with customers.
- Drive the team towards key performance metrics and goals.
- Help define the key value propositions that you will pitch to customers.
- Monitor and identify sales challenges for both the team and customers.
- Collect and summarise sales challenges from customers and account executives.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure they are driving sales and deals.
Who are you?
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and within an organisation.
- 1+ year of commercial experience
- Proactive, enthusiastic, commercial-minded go-getter
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
