Our client, a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry, is looking for a Treasury Operations Support to join their dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in The Hague. In this role, you will be supporting the increasing lending activities of the company to enhance the Treasury operations of our client. Job Profile for Treasury Operations Support
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for documentation related to Bank accounts (open, close, authorised signatories, electronic banking system user profile, etc.)
  • Support KYC and tax-related documentation process, including coordination with Legal
  • Handle annual audit-related documentation
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process of bank accounts set-up in S4Hana
  • Support Finance officers (payment execution team) on technical issues related to S4Hana software (i.e. bank statement upload, payment formats of various countries - UK, Spain, etc.)
  • Update and maintain bank master data in S4Hana
  • Maintain issuance/closure/limit of credit and debit cards accordingly to the company’s policies
  • Manage General Ledger (GL) clearing and daily reconciliation for Treasury disbursement account and call accounts balances and monitor system interface associated with Treasury accounts 
  • Timely month-end bank account reconciliations
  • Execute Treasury related payments 
  • Assist with Treasury projects when requires

Candidate Profile for Treasury Operations Support

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 3+ years’ experience in Treasury operations is preferable 
  • Familiarity using SAP and S4Hana is mandatory 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and an eye for details
  • Must be able to focus on essentials and prioritise properly
