We are looking to expand our hotel market in Germany, and as a Senior Account Manager, you play a key role in driving the team to higher performance. With your experience, you will take charge of business development for a significant portfolio of A-account properties and chain accounts while maintaining strong relationships with the hotels on our platform.
Beyond being the main point of contact for these hotels, you will ensure that their deals are prominently displayed and easily accessible on our websites. Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll keep customers informed about our latest offers and entice them to book—because, ultimately, that’s your goal!
You’ll also keep a close watch on market trends, adapting to changing conditions to stay ahead of the competition. And lastly, you will mentor and guide your Sales colleagues, helping them elevate their account management skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels through daily phone interactions.
  • Leverage all available marketing and sales resources to maximize availability at the best prices.
  • Assist hotels with uploading and managing their deals.
  • Negotiate profitable partnerships and secure contractual agreements with your accounts.
  • Align our product offerings with customer demand by enhancing existing products and sales campaigns.
  • Keep property data accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to proactively respond to developments.
  • Support the growth of the Sales team by coaching, mentoring, and helping colleagues enhance their skills and expertise..
  • Ensure the best deals are available on our client's website

The German Sales team includes two Junior Account Managers and one intern and—you!

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • A completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism or Hotel Management.
  • Fluent in German (preferably C2 level) with strong English communication skills. (Written and Spoken)
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales & Account Management.
  • Strong commercial and sales skills.
  • Proficient in Sales CRM applications at a key user level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Thrive on achieving targets and enjoy collaborating with a team to drive results. You are a hunter!

  • Are committed to supporting and maintaining strong relationships with your hotels.

Salary Benefits:

  • This is a long term position - Our client will offer a direct contract
  • The salary is between EUR 3500 - EUR 4000 per month gross, depending on education and work experience. The salary is based on full time (40 hours per week)
