Technical Support Representative | Dutch and French

Providing information to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding the technical specifications of products, alternatives, and availability.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
a. Researching whether products or similar items are available in their assortmentb. Providing customers with information about products in their assortmentc. Answering technical questionsd. Searching for alternatives in case of backorders, discontinued items, and products not available in their assortmente. Processing REACH requestsf. Supporting Internal Sales with BOM listsg. Identifying the correct product numbers in case of uncertainties on POsh. Training Customer Service and Sales in product search and basic product knowledgei. Searching for and sending certificates to customersj. Performing e-commerce advocate activities for the Beneluxk. Onsite search activitiesl. Completing the Alt sheet daily
The employee may be asked to perform tasks outside the immediate scope of the role to support the department.
Schedule:The schedule is established in accordance with the employment contract and company regulations, amounting to 38 hours per week for a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Any deviations from this schedule can be arranged in consultation with the manager.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:
• Language skills: Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English, spoken and written• Education level: At least MBO+ with a preference for a technical education / MTS• Experience:o At least 3 years of experience in a similar roleo SAPo CRMo Excel
