Collection Specialist

  • Perform collection duties, which includes highlighting root cause issues to involve responsible process owners
  • Create dispute cases according to customers communication
  • Provide regular updates of key "overdue" customers (e.g. Top 30 overdue report)
  • Manage incoming cheques/draft
  • Perform actions and participate in projects to ensure update and clean customer ledgers (adjustment forms, write offs, bad debt reviews etc.)
  • Establish and maintain the relationships with external and internal customers (sales, customer service, credit risk etc.).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • Available 40 hours (32 hours is also possible)
  • Experience in customer service is a benefit
  • Experience with SAP is a pre
  • Good team player
  • Flexible and good in multitasking
