As a Payroll Analyst with our prestigious global client, you will support the payroll function for the European region for circa 650 employees and in 9 countries. The role will include the monthly payroll processing in combination with all external payroll providers in each country.

 

They key responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly payroll process control.
  • Compliance
  • Process improvements.
  • Interdepartmental contacts.
  • Payroll controls.

We are looking to speak with you quickly if you fit the following profile:

  • Immediately available for an initial 3-month assignment.
  • You have payroll experience in an international environment (ideally retail - perfect).
  • Knowledge of Dutch and European Labor Laws. Indian Labor law would be an asset too.
  • Excellent command of the English language verbally and for reporting purposes.
  • Experience in Kronos and Success factors is preferred.
  • Available to work from the office in Hoofddorp 3 days a week.
  • Full time preferred but 32 hours is also an option.
  • Full rights to work in the Netherlands.
