Junior Technical Support

In this position you will need to ensure the after sales product quality, repair quality, and any technical support towards our call center and installers.

  • Providing 2nd tier technical support for our customers within Europe;
  • Providing solutions for our installation partners during the installation process;
  • Quality management, amongst this New Product Introduction quality monitoring;
  • Occasional on site visits base on urgent requests (up to 1 day advance notification) with in Europe;
  • Data analysis on quality of our products;

Requirements:

  • HBO / Bachelor level either obtained by education or working experience;
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent and strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently;
  • You have some technical knowdledge
  • Available to work from the office 40h/week

The Europe headquarters is located in the south of the Netherlands and part of a multinational. The company provide digital lifestyle devices for the B2C and B2B market. In this job you will work with the Customer care department. It's fulltime function for 40 hours and you have to live in the area of Eindhoven.
