Investor Relations Analyst

In this role you will be responsible the preparation and presentation of financial information for the investors. You will secure the investor relations administration and processes. You will support the coordination of quarterly disclosure process, create presentations and secure the filings of documents according to the legal obligations.

• Creation of communication materials related to Finance
• Monitor markets, peers and analyst reports
• Communicate with the legal department
• Fillings of documents
• Update investor relations portion of the website
• Support of events

Requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economy or Finance
• You have relevant work experience
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written
• You have a valid work permit or EU passport
• You are located in the area of Eindhoven, or willing to relocate (no relocation support provided by the company)
• You are 32-40 hours per week available
• You are communicative, accurate and a team player
