Office Manager (temporary) | English with Basic Dutch

Our client is urgently looking for a temporary part-time Office Manager to help out their team in Eindhoven (50-70 employees) with administrative and office tasks. This role is until the end of 2024.

  • Overseeing maintenance contracts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serving as the main point of contact with the office landlord.
  • Managing the procurement of office supplies to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Organizing and coordinating office events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Arranging travel accommodations for employees.
  • Coordinating office lunches to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at the office.
  • Assisting colleagues with software installations on their laptops.
  • Liaising with IT suppliers to manage and maintain office equipment.
  • Supporting HR with employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Managing calendars and mailboxes
  • Handling and routing incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Addressing various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational skills
  • you can start immediately
  • you have at least 2+ years of Office Manager (or related) experience
  • Friendly and loyal attitude
  • You are fluent in English and have begun learning Dutch. While fluency in Dutch isn’t necessary, a basic understanding is required.
  • Parttime availability (24-28 hours per week)
  • Nice proactive attitude
  • Some experience with IT
  • Located near the Eindhoven area
