Office Manager (temporary) | English with Basic Dutch

Our client is urgently looking for a temporary part-time Office Manager to help out their team in Eindhoven (50-70 employees) with administrative and office tasks. This role is until the end of 2024.
- Overseeing maintenance contracts to ensure smooth operations.
- Serving as the main point of contact with the office landlord.
- Managing the procurement of office supplies to keep the office running efficiently.
- Organizing and coordinating office events to foster a positive work environment.
- Arranging travel accommodations for employees.
- Coordinating office lunches to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at the office.
- Assisting colleagues with software installations on their laptops.
- Liaising with IT suppliers to manage and maintain office equipment.
- Supporting HR with employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
- Managing calendars and mailboxes
- Handling and routing incoming phone calls professionally.
- Addressing various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills
- you can start immediately
- you have at least 2+ years of Office Manager (or related) experience
- Friendly and loyal attitude
- You are fluent in English and have begun learning Dutch. While fluency in Dutch isn’t necessary, a basic understanding is required.
- Parttime availability (24-28 hours per week)
- Nice proactive attitude
- Some experience with IT
- Located near the Eindhoven area
