- Process order and answer to customers questions providing information, order status, prices and availability
- Scheduling orders to meet their partners while balancing the constraints of their manufacturing capacity
- Provide support to regional sales
- Deliver ongoing support to partners and customers with regards to the design, layout and functionality
- Build and maintain clients relationships
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- Strong administrative background
- Is service-oriented, can work well together and is structured
- Is pro-active
- MS Office skills
- Experience with Oracle is preferred
- Excellent communications skills in English or German or French or Spanish
