Sales Support German speaker

• Process orders and answer to customers questions providing information, order status, prices
• Book orders to satisfy partners needs
• Build and maintain clients relationships
• Provide support to regional sales

Requirements:

The successful candidate for the Sales Support German speaker

• Excellent communication skills in German and English. If you have also an average knowledge of Dutch this is a good plus!
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and emails
• Detail oriented mentality, mainly for the orders entering part
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills
• Ability to work independently

Experience in a similar sector or function is a big plus.
