E-commerce Webshop Specialist | EMEA office Netherlands

In this role you will be involved in implementation of promotional campaigns on site, traffic generation, and platform optimization of multiple european eStores together with your team.
- Webshop management: maintain home page, content, category pages and promotions on the Magento CMS in multiple sites/languages;
- Management of analyzing the e-store traffics;
- Actively participate in weekly campaign planning and constant cross-team coordination;
- Contribute to day-to-day traffic acquisition operations from various channels (SEM, affiliation, CRM, webpush, etc.);
- Run ad hoc analyses to monitor the performance of various activities;
- Assist in platform optimization: identifying and reporting issues, testing new functionalities;
- Localize and distribute visual merchandising materials with a UX-focused approach that aims to maximize sales;
- Ensure quality control and compliance with various brand and partner guidelines on catalog and content;
- Negotiate with affiliation partners to maximize exposure, CTR and revenue while respecting budget requirements;
- Brief & effectively drive agencies, juggling multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in digital marketing, e-commerce or communication;
- English professional, fluency in other EU languages is a plus;
- Experience in an ecommerce or webshop position involved in digital selling and process;
- Experience with CMS tool (pré Magento) and prefarble managing large quantities of marketing assets in multiple languages;
- Some knowledge of traffic acquisition (Adwords and/or affiliation marketing) / basic HTML / Excel;
- 40 hours available per week (5 days).
- It is required you live in the areea of Den-Bosch (good travel distance) so you are able to work hybride (also coming to the office couple times per week).

International A player in digital devices. EMEA office in Den-bosch. The e-commerce team is an international team. At the office in Den-bosch you will work with 4 other colleagues at the success of the European webshops of the company. You report to the E-commerce Director (from HQ Switzerland).
This is a challenging opportunity for a professional with experience in e-commerce or online marketing to integrate a fast growing, business driven, e-commerce team. Currently the company has 13 estores. 2023 will see the growth of customers, as well the launch of commercial business and potentially new business.
