- Efficient and precise handling of orders received through multiple channels
- Oversee the full order management process, from order entry to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure all orders are invoiced correctly and punctually
- Coordinate the logistics of order processing, shipping, and delivery with freight partners
- Act as a point of contact between customers and sales teams
- Work with cross-departmental teams to resolve any order-related issues
- Improve delivery efficiency while managing backorders effectively
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures, contributing to ongoing process enhancements
Requirements:
- You are business fluent in German (preferably C2 level speaker)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in providing customer support in a B2B environment
- At least 3 year experience within customer service
- Demonstrated precision in handling and processing orders promptly and correctly, received via multiple platforms.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Able to juggle several tasks and priorities, ensuring timely, complete deliveries while efficiently managing backorders to enhance delivery performance.
