The company is in agricultural sector with state of the arts technology. Starting Feb/March till May/June.
   
The Customer Care Team Member will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is service minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast paced environment.

Measures of Success:
● Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services
● Call customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
● Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service
● Update clients’ accounts to maintain data integrity
● Troubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operation
 

Requirements:

Skills & Experience Required:
● Excellent communication skills
● A warm, approachable, outgoing manner
● Enjoys helping people and is customer focused
● Experience using database management systems
● Fast learner and self-starter
● Team player
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Technical expertise preferred
● Native or near native level of Ukrainian , good level  Russian (+ English)
 

Salary Benefits:

Temporary role
Salary around 2500 gross. Travel cost
Easy to reach by public  transport.

Fully hybrid working after onboarding period possible, tailored training around 2 weeks.
 

Work Hours:

40 hours per week

Office located in Bodegraven , 10 mintues walking from the train station.
