Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical assistance to English and German-speaking customers, resolving issues with high satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, guiding users through our product functionalities
  • Collaborate with teams to address complex issues and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Own customer service by handling bugs, incidents, and requests, preventing churn, and upselling opportunities
  • Align priorities and solutions with Product & Development teams, providing feedback for improvement
  • Proactively monitor data flows, health checks, and client portals
  • Take ownership of projects aimed at elevating our product and its customers

Requirements: About You:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • 1-3 years of tech support experience
  • Vocational study or recent Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Affinity and strong interesting in technologies - You have some exposure to IT, programming or similar
  • Tech-savvy and fluent in German, both written and spoken
