German Customer service

As Customer Service team member you will be responsible for the sales order process and for the administrative project planning & coordination of installations. You will be the spider in the web, linking all lines between customers, sales team, installers, logistics, production and purchasing department. Your goal is to reach and maintain a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales order process (mainly German market)
(Accept, analyse, process and follow up incoming customer orders)
Handle customer requests and inquiries
- Preparing, sending and follow up quotations
- Support the outside sales team
- Contact with customers, installers and vendors (phone and e-mail) regarding orders, inquiries, deliveries and installations
- Prepare and coordinate administration for store installations (orders, installation team planning and finalization)
- Coordination with logistics department (export documents, outbound shipments)
- Assist the Logistic department
- AR control/debt chasing (reminder process)
- Responsible for handling customer complaints regarding sales orders/deliveries, entering
and follow up DMR’s
- Interacting internally as well as with customers and sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO+ / HBO, or relevant experience
- Fluent in German and English in speech and writing
- +3 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position & organization
- Good communicator
- Work independent as well as in a team
- Flexible and (customer) service orientated attitude
- Work according to procedures
- Work and think in a structural and logical way
- Replace colleagues in case of their absence
- Positive and pro-active personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Benefits:
- Salaris: €2650 - 2800 per maand, plus 13th month
- 26 vacation days
