We are excited to invite you to step into the role of Customer Service Representative, where you will not only elevate customer service to new heights but also play a crucial part in advancing the frontiers of science.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders ensuring all details are captured in the ERP system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
  • Juggle various responsibilities, from investigating customer issues to processing orders during peak demand.
  • Diligently record customer inquiries and interactions in the CRM system too.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both German and English is required, with additional proficiency in French being highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service with a focus on order management
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can Do attitude
