Our client is a fast growing international company based in Amsterdam, specializing in Information and Risk Management services. We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor fluent in Dutch- with some prior customer-centric experience. In this position you will be the first point of contact for clients, representing and voicing the company’s services in an impeccable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships, offering onboarding support
- Make 40+ outbound (warm) calls daily, explaining service benefits
- Log and update customer records accurately
- Advise and process fee payments for customers
- Address various customer inquiries and concerns
What we are looking for:
- Prior customer service experience
- Professional fluency in Dutch & English
- Experience in MS Office – good Excel skills
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
