Are you ready to inspire the world through travel?  We’re on the search for… We seek an experienced UX Content Designer who can create clear, engaging, and intuitive content that enhances the Eurail travel experience. You’ll assist in shaping how travelers discover, plan, and navigate their journeys. You will be part of our UX team, which has five designers and two UX content designers—you will be the third. Together with the CX Team and the Product and Development Teams you will craft user-friendly content that further improves the Eurail travel experience. What you’ll be doing

  • Craft content for Eurail’s app and website that is user-focused, considering the target audience's needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Write clear, concise, and inclusive content, avoiding complex language to ensure users can quickly grasp the information they need to meet their goals with the least friction.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining brand voice and content guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Designers, developers, and product owners to deliver the best possible user experience.
  • Support content localization efforts, ensuring effective adaptation for diverse markets.
  • Implement accessibility standards in your work.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our users by collaborating with / participating in conducting user research.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders.

 What we’re looking forIt's already a possible match when you share the same mindset as us, being forward-thinking, results-driven, caring and embracing diversity. In terms of your experience and strengths:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in UX Writing, content design or a related role.
  • High-level proficiency in English.
  • A good understanding of UX principles and processes.
  • Effective communication skills: you can effectively explain and defend content decisions to multiple stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience with working in multi-disciplinary teams daily.
  • You address difficult moments with clarity, ensuring that broader priorities are not overlooked.
  • Professional demeanor. Willingness to adjust plans based on changing user needs or other new insights.
  • You keep learning and staying updated on industry trends and the latest tech innovations.

 It is beneficial if you have:

  • Experience using Sketch or Figma
  • Experience writing for translation/worked with localization software
  • Experience running user tests
  • An interest in sustainable travel!
  • Already hold the correct documents to work in the Netherlands
  • Proficiency in languages other than English
