Senior Associate Finance

As a Senior Associate Finance you will be managing product costing, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributing to financial analyses and reporting. Collaborating with various departments, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain daily standard costs in SAP.
• Manage product costing processes, including annual standard cost setup.
• Support month-end closing, quarterly budgeting, and planning activities for headcount, operating, and capital expenses.
• Prepare journal entries, analyze costing variances, and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Communicate financial trends and implications to functional leaders.
• Partner with the business to identify productivity improvements and track efficiency metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial topics and support internal and external audits.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes through digital tools and automation.
• Support the finance team with analytical projects, including modeling “what-if” scenarios.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally in international settings.
• Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and planning.
• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical understanding of accounting systems and processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
