We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our client’s team in Breda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and speaks Danish at a C2 level (or possess experience with Danish financial legislation). This position involves occasional travel to Denmark, approximately twice a year. You won’t only be dealing with the Danish department (2 financial colleagues), but you will also deal with the other countries.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile bank transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Process purchase invoices, including cost and goods matching
  • Handle accounts payable
  • Prepare and file VAT returns
  • Ensure inventory reconciliation
  • Perform preparatory tasks for monthly and annual financial closings

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level) or extensive experience with Danish financial legislation.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in financial administration or a similar role is a must.
  • Knowledge of Danish VAT returns and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, currently they are implementing a new ERP system in their Denmark office
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
