Customer Service Systems Support Specialist - Maternity Cover

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Order-to-Cash Systems Specialist to support and enhance supply chain processes across global ERP systems. This role involves managing daily operations, leading process improvements, and driving digital transformation projects within the supply chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational support for ERP systems, user training, and troubleshooting.
• Manage access controls, system updates, and master data maintenance.
• Oversee project portfolios, including digital supply chain and ERP/EDI enhancements.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives and perform user acceptance testing.
• Own and maintain departmental documentation, such as SOPs and work instructions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for order-to-cash (OTC) and procure-to-ship (PTS) processes.
• Represent supply chain in cross-functional initiatives involving compliance, IT, and quality.
• Monitor and contribute to monthly performance metrics and key process indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in international supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP OTC/PTS processes and digital supply chain systems, including EDI.
• Skilled in data analysis, MS Office, and cross-cultural communication.
• Proven track record in project management and process optimization.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
