Order Management

• You will process incoming orders within the system and will be responsible for the total process of the order to cash cycle.
• You will be the main point of contact for different internal departments as sales, logistics and finance.
• You will organize everything concerned stock-level, product delivery and questions from customers (B2B);
• You will optimize the Supply Chain of the company when necessary;
• You will be responsible for creating reports on the subject of customer service.

Requirements:

• You have B2B experience in customer service/order management/supply chain within retail or wholesale;
• You have good understanding of SAP;
• You have good understanding of the English language (Dutch language is a plus);
• You are immediately available.
