Export Agent Air Freight Forwarding

- Prepare export documentation for airfreight shipments
- Book space with airlines and negotiate rates
- Coordinate pick-up of goods from customers and transport to warehouse
- Enter data into the export management system
- Handle customs clearance and prepare necessary documents
- Maintain customer relationships and provide information on shipment statuses
- Resolve issues and coordinate urgent shipments
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures
- Contribute to the development and improvement of export processes
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO level 4 vocational education
- At least 2 years of experience in airfreight export and knowledge of customs procedures
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in English and/or Dutch
- Experience with export management systems and MS Office
