Operations and Sales Manager | Dutch and French

Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking experienced sales professional to develop the business in Netherlands.
Next to this, you will eventually recruit / build the sales team in NL and Belgium (Flanders)
Sales Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and track progress

Team Management :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Sales Execution:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and present proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics and market changes.

Requirements:

  • You speak Dutch on a C2 level + French and English
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the retail and FMCG
  • Master’s degree in Business Management or similar.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of motivation and drive.

Salary Benefits:
