Operations and Sales Manager | Dutch and French

Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking experienced sales professional to develop the business in Netherlands.
Next to this, you will eventually recruit / build the sales team in NL and Belgium (Flanders)
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and track progress
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Sales Execution:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and present proposals and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms for the company.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics and market changes.
Requirements:
- You speak Dutch on a C2 level + French and English
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the retail and FMCG
- Master’s degree in Business Management or similar.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of motivation and drive.
