For a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, we are looking for a Sales Director Real Estate to lead the Partnerships team in the Benelux. A challenging role, in which you and your team are responsible for a accelerated growth of partners to open and operate new locations. This growth is needed to meet the huge demand on flexible workplaces, due to the increase in flexworking in the last couple of years.

Lead and inspire your team into a winning team!Are you ready to lead and drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers? You and your team will be responsible for generating awareness and visibility of our partnership proposition in the market, developing B2B connections to pitch and sell our solutions to all prospects. This includes identifying, contacting, and pitching to prospective partners through a range of Business Development activities including networking, cold calling and promoting our proposition through various trade shows and other routes to market.

It doesn't stop there! You will ensure that the team sources partners capable of delivering rapid growth of the network by converting existing buildings or by quickly securing new buildings. You will also sell the range of partnership solutions to all prospects, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board approval for new partnership deals.

Your role also includes conducting due diligence with prospective partners and finalizing and signing development agreements with the support of our legal team.

You will spend a significant amount of time in the field yourself. Generating leads, meeting customers, closing deals. You will ensure team members deliver at least 12 new deals every year.The gross annual salary for this position will be determined on your experience and skillset, and will range between €100.000 to €120.000 including holiday pay. Along with the salary, there is a bonus potential of 50% and other incentives that will be discussed in more detail throughout the interview process. Requirements:

* Extensive experience in leading B2B sales for multinational businesses, with a track record in commercial real estate or franchise development.
* A strong background in complex solution-oriented sales and business development.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote business development team to regularly close large deals, exceeding targets.
* A flexible and open-minded approach to business development with a disciplined focus on results.
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to generate interest and deliver results.
* A track record of delivering multiple deals of significant size (€500k+ investments) at pace.
* A deal-focused mindset with a willingness to take risks in order to succeed.
* Outstanding communication skills to convey a compelling narrative to a variety of audiences.
* The ability to work independently under pressure when generating interest in a proposition.
* Strong business and financial acumen that inspires confidence in others and gives credibility to the selling process.
