Jr. Account Manager - Partnership Marketing

Key Accountabilities:
* Support the implementation of the Partnership Marketing approach across area North/Central EU in a meaningful and sustainable way for our wider European organization
* Build strong relationships with local Sales & Marketing department
* Assist in scoping potential partnerships by identifying the opportunity, defining deal terms and defining the technical requirements
* Develop a strong relationship with existing external partners of the brand
* Establish and maintain a network of all key stakeholders within DPC and eCom teams
* Ensure final output is KPI-driven, consumer-centric and relevant across markets
* Optimise and continuously improve the marketing process, tools, templates, and proactively identify the gap/areas of improvement and initiate new tools/solutions
* Understand the global brand direction and product concepts to guarantee "one Brand message"

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* 1-3 years experiences within online marketing, digital media management or digital assets field
* Experienced in marketing process and digital asset management tools and process
* Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish efficient and scalable processes
* Experienced in delivering a consistent brand identity & tonality
* Experienced in working cross functionally within international organization
* Fluent English, preferred also German (Central EU) or Duth, Nordics (North EU)
* A HBO/university degree
