Influencer Manager

At bunq, we're on a mission to rethink banking and Make Life Easy for our users. To help us grow, we’re looking for an Influencer Manager who can connect with influencers across France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands. In this role, you'll ensure that influencers effectively convey how bunq integrates seamlessly into their followers' lifestyles, highlighting the unique value of our product. As the central expert for all five markets, you'll be instrumental in expanding our brand's reach and impact.

Take ownershipAs our Influencer Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (like PR, content, and social media) and:

• Fully own bunq's influencer marketing strategy across multiple countries.
• Understand the diverse needs and aspirations of our users across different life stages and cultures, identifying the influencers who inspire them.
• Leverage influencers' reach and credibility to enhance brand awareness, trust, and engagement across all five markets.
• Engage potential new users by aligning their key public figures with our products and brand message.

Requirements:

• You have a background in influencer marketing, focusing on developing and managing strategies for influencer partnerships.
• You have created and implemented multi-country influencer strategies and can identify influencers that align with our brand across diverse markets.
• You understand performance metrics and influencer campaign dynamics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI, to ensure effective and optimized collaborations.
• You know how to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, effectively negotiate partnerships, and manage contracts.
• You're familiar with the latest content trends and social media platforms and how they can impact influencer campaigns.
• You're an excellent communicator, and you speak English fluently.
