Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage seasonal orders, deliveries, and payment/refund processes.
• Update and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support leadership with operational data and sales reports for strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to manage bug fixes, feature requests, and operational updates.
• Contribute to ongoing projects to enhance E-commerce efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

• 1-2 years of E-commerce operations experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Proficient in Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems like SAP.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and eager to identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Passionate about fashion and E-commerce, with a drive to support growth and innovation.
