B2B Digital Activation Strategy & customer journey
- Supports in formulating the strategy and activation plans to create a sustainable future (digital) B2B mix
- Works closely with digital activation agencies to define a solid ACR model and detailed customer journey
- Lead and drive improvements in customer experience by researching trends and opportunities across the journey. You will propose new ideas to drive customers through the ACR funnel to maximise traffic, usage, sales and promotions on our B2B digital platform
- Develops personalization mechanics and targeted content delivery based rewards based on the segmentation model
Content & Execution
- (Co) defines with the area strategic campaigns and initiatives including asset creation
- Responsible for online pricing & commercial rewards programs
- Localized (digital) campaign development with agencies and end to end local coordination ensuring content is live OTIF and trade teams are briefed accordingly
- Develop all targeted content delivery based (rewards, Email, CRM) based on segmentation model & personalization mechanics
- Own retailer database management and retailer community management
- Working closely & briefing Customer Care team to resolve any daily customer related questions & issues including the production of on-site surveys
- Responsible for effective spending and budget management of B2B budget
Requirements:
Experience
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 2 years marketing/sales experience preferably in a FMCG company
- Digital experienced
- Experience with development of offline communication tools
Functional Knowledge & Skills
- In depth understanding of B2B market and customer dynamics.
- Proficient experience working with (digital) activation agencies
- Ability to utilize insights to optimize the digital customer journey.
- Exceptional (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Dutch
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability work in a multi-national matrix structure.
- Pro-active, optimistic and result oriented mindset
- Strong networking skills, engaging in- and external stakeholders
