- Support the NL Channel & Account Development Manager in delivering robust account plans.
- Deliver meaningful insights in the local business environment to leverage our competitive
advantages. - Implement trade activities in key accounts and key trade clusters, ensuring that trade objectives
and profit targets are met or exceeded. - Provide input on Business Reviews, Operational Plan, Account plans and other ad hoc Account
requests, by using the available account data and overall account strategy. - Translate Planogramming guidelines into account specific planograms.
- Develop and revise planograms in line with space management strategy, taking into
consideration the particularities of account needs. - Effectively implement planograms (first line problem solving, first contact towards Benelux Sales
team and Account teams) and ensure follow-up. - Deliver monthly dashboard to identify performance gaps and support the account managers,
Area Sales Managers to deliver corrective actions plans for accounts and key trade clusters. - Assess trade activity effectiveness of the client and their and competitors in key accounts to increase the
effectiveness and efficiency for future activities. - Identify issues and define necessary operational changes to be implemented for key account
and relevant trade clusters activities to enhance activity results. - Develop an in-depth understanding of the account's way of working.
- Prepare and deliver parts of the regular business reviews, supporting the account manager on a
need basis in his/her account visits. - Provide robust basis to facilitate managerial decisions to difficult problems by using an
appropriate mix of insightful analysis, experience, intuition and judgement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and commercial partners
Requirements:
- University degree preferred or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years marketing/sales/data analysis experience in an FMCG company
- Computer-literate in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Able to deliver strategic input and have good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must, Dutch is a plus.
- Can work independently as well as team-orientated
- Ability work in a multi-national matrix structure.
- Pro-active, optimistic and result oriented mindset
- Strong networking skills, engaging in- and external stakeholders
