Senior Marketing Specialist - Nutrition & Health (Freelance)

!This is what you will do:

• Lead & drive the pro-active marketing roadmap aligned with key stakeholders in CD&I team and Regional teams;




• Market Intelligence: monitor, track and share global market change (category growth, industry & category trends, new product launches) to help spot opportunities & white spaces, inform industry strategy;




• Support up-to-date toolbox & capabilities to feed the different phases of the innovation process (opportunity identification, ideation, test & validate);




• Commercialization activation: collaborate on value propositions by category that address customers pains, are differentiating & profitable, and resonate with consumers' needs;




• Create comms content & promotion content (consumer centric targeted stories) around products and technologies to create awareness and generate demand;




• Develop an insights-driven global trends framework and translate to implications for fats & oils which can be customized locally and anchored in local insights;




• Competitor intelligence: map & track competitor landscape to help influence industry strategy, help size the market and to help differentiate product offering;




• Organize inspirational trend days and innovation days with internal/ external customers to demonstrate how to translate drivers of change and trends to actual insight-driven product experiences in end applications;




• Best Practice sharing: develop materials & share success stories.

A challenging five month assignment in the Amsterdam area (hybrid work is possible). The hourly rate is between €70-90.
