Management Assistant

  • Manage all administrative staff members, including onboarding and training new team members;
  • Act as the point of contact;
  • Support the Strategy team with reports/presentations;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and written communication;
  • Organize, prepare, and schedule meetings and manage the agenda;
  • End-to-end coordination of internal/external meetings, events and conferences, i.e. booking of meeting rooms, managing logistics of visitors etc. for GMT members,

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a secretarial/supporting role;
  • High level written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus;
  • You think creatively about how to solve problems, address challenges and you have a high attention to detail;
  • Living in the Netherlands.
