- Maintain and secure on-site production
- Maintain technical infrastructure and software applications that facilitate business transactions for a highly diverse (Production, Sales, Support functions, General Management) and globally dispersed user group (UK, Europe, APAC)
- Solve day-to-day helpdesk issues, finding globally applicable solutions and documenting them in Freshservice
- Order, configure and issue new starter kit; ensure recovery of IT equipment from leavers; own IT inventory and improve inventory management
- Set up and support virtual conferences and meetings
- Put in place, monitor and improve IT service level through a set of annually agreed KPIs
Requirements:
- Valid work permit in the Netherlands
- Excellent communication skills in Duth and English
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills Technical
- Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange 2010 / 2013
- Windows Server 2012/ 2016
- Office 365
