Technical support specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of our client's national Technical Support Team that owns the post-sale technical relationship with our customers.
Your focus will be to own, prioritize, troubleshoot, and build a response plan for complex inbound customer support issues relating to our client's software. You will work in coordination with your National Technical Support teammates to ensure our client's customers are able to quickly and successfully overcome any technical issues they may face when using the software. You'll also regularly contribute to our client's knowledge database, helping to "pay it forward" allowing teammates and customers to learn quickly from your insight.
Furthermore, you will create scripts using Powershell.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- Work perfmit or passport that enables you to work in the Netherlands
- Working proficient in Dutch and English language.
- 2-7 years work experience supporting a software company
- Experience with 1,2,3rd line troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft server, Powershell is a must.
- Experience with Azure and Active Directory are a bonus.
- Knowledge of Python is a bonus.
