System administrator(financial system experienced)

As a System Administrator, you are the face of the technical side of the finance department.

You are responsible for the following:

1. maintaining and Operating the system

2. Understand the budget of the IT system upgrading plans

3. You will be working on our financial system so you MUST have experience with Financial management systems and any other Finance related systems, experience with NetSuite, Tagetik, and Kyriba is a bonus

4. Implement, setup, test, document, and deploy new functionality or process enhancements

5. Assisting in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of new systems

6. 2nd line troubleshooting, Providing support and solutions for local and global offices, familiar with tickets systems

7. Create SOPs, define and implement processes

8. Manage, track, and provide solutions to reported issues

Requirements:

  • You have HBO + degree!! bachelor or Master's student in Economics or Business Administration preferred
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) - any other European language is a plus!
  • You have the ability to work independently, are intellectually curious, and are a problem solver
  • You have experience with Financial management systems and any other Finance related systems, experience with NetSuite, Tagetik, and Kyriba is a bonus
  • You are communicative !!! good communication is very important for us

Salary Benefits:

salary starting from 3500 per month + holiday allowance
