Support Engineer

- Become the first point of contact for internal technical issues
- Setting up new laptops and placing this new hardware on the work floor;
- Reviewing all incoming IT tickets, resolve them yourself or forward them;
- Working with CMDB and keeping it up-to-date;
- Managing our Cloud system and supporting IT infrastructure incidents.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and InTune (is a pre)
- You can work independently and you are result-oriented
- You are proactive and you like to help people
Salary Benefits:
