The Product Data Integrity Manager is tasked with the visionary development and operationalization of a comprehensive product data integrity framework and the needed Intelligence to guide the business towards product data integrity in traceability, product compliance and packaging. Aimed at transforming complex legislative, regulatory, and business data requirements in traceability into a coherent, actionable strategy, the Product Data Integrity Manager ensures alignment with the company's global business goals and compliance mandates.
Responsibilities:
- Together with the global Data and Engineering team and the respective business teams drive for a harmonized and global data platform that caters to the needs of Traceability and Sustainability.
- Build reports and dashboards that will enable the tracking of defined T&S KPIs.
- Drive for a consolidated approach on all data sharing towards customers and consumers. Further setting up the data governance board and change process to facilitate a harmonized and single source of truth for customer reporting.
- Overseeing the implementation of new legal attributes based on the Data baseline assessment as required by legislation, customer requests and CR or sustainability requirements.
- Ensuring a smooth process on providing key customers with French Decret data on a monthly basis.
- Further analysis of current existing and missing data flows in packaging, enabling the company to gain control over the data management and meet its reduction and CR targets.
- Build and lead a team of data governance and reporting experts, setting a vision for excellence, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development. Mentor the team towards achieving the company's strategic goals in product data integrity, promoting a culture of innovation and high performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of senior experience in data governance, framework development, and intelligence, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Track record of strategic data framework implementation and leadership within complex, multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Bricks and Power BI.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and guiding teams dedicated to data excellence.
- Forward-looking, with a keen eye for emerging data governance trends and technologies, including AI, that can drive the company's data integrity strategy forward.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts and insights to a broad audience, fostering understanding and strategic action.
